allow the user to access more in-depth information as well as information
that may change on a regular basis.

Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers
Using Director 8 and Flash 4 and
5, we've developed both a website and CD-ROM presentation within
the same program. This can provide tremendous savings in production
time. The presentation tells the story of oil and gas, how it is
formed, used and all the processes in between.

CanWEA
CanWEA is an organization that promotes the use of wind energy. We have developed a CD for them that contains all the papers presented at a recent conference converted into acrobat (pdf files) and accessed through a Director interface. The CD runs on Mac or Windows and will be distributed to all the attendees of the past conference.

CEDA
The Calgary Economic Development
Authority produces a book each year, entitled "Calgary in Fact"
that provides statistical and other information on Calgary's economic
climate. We translated all the information, the graphs and charts,
and developed a full interactive, cross platform multimedia program
that lets users get at and print out any of the information more
quickly and efficiently.

CP Rail / Royal LePage
This presentation was developed
for a cross-Canada tour in mid 1997 to help communicate the Calgary
environment to Torontonians and Montrealers faced with the prospect
of having to move to the city as a result of the head office of
CP Rail moving west.
Maps provide a layout of the city, with "hot spots" that
are clickable and allow the user to drill down to more and more
specific information as the need arises. In this presentation, examples
of homes were shown on screen, with locations and approximate selling
prices.

Future Forward
This CD-ROM is really a web directory
of government MLAs, with links to each MLA's website. It also contains
a list of ministries and duties of the ministries. MLA listings
also contain a picture of each MLA, along with various contact mechanisms,
such as phone numbers, faxes and email addresses. Produced in conjunction
with the PC Party of Alberta and sponsored by ENMAX Energy, it was
distributed to the 1200 attendees at the recent Premier's Dinner
in Calgary.

Nova Gas
Nova Gas in Calgary and Pemex in
Mexico undertook a joint venture to automate natural gas pipelines
in Mexico. The communications goal was to have a concise way to
present the benefits of the joint venture to internal audiences
at Pemex.
Media One Communications assisted the client with determining the
objectives and focus of the disk. We also created all the layout,
all artwork, sound and video clips, and linking of the sequences.
A spanish version was also created for use as a "leave-behind"
CD.

TransAlta Utilities
Surveys had shown that TransAlta
Utilities had a lack of identity with post-secondary students. The
students didn't have any understanding of the jobs that might be
available to them at TransAlta. A disk was developed using a fresh,
appealing interface that simulated a walk through a power plant.
A tremendous amount of audio and video information was compressed
onto a single floppy disk. Disks were created in both Mac and DOS
formats. Media One Communications assisted the client with determining
the objectives and focus of the disk. We also created the layout,
all artwork and sound and linking of the sequences.
